• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• AdmOps provides virtual assistant, backend support, and related business process services.
• Service details, timelines, and pricing are agreed with each client individually.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with notice.

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms (e.g., upfront, recurring, or project-based).
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of client data and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information obtained during the working relationship.

• Materials, processes, or solutions created by AdmOps remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients retain ownership of their own data, business information, and intellectual property.

AdmOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

• Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice.
• Outstanding fees for completed work remain payable by the client.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
